By using CX PDF you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use this tool.
Age requirement. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use CX PDF.
Alpha software. CX PDF is currently in alpha. It may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Functionality may change or be removed at any time without notice.
No warranty & limitation of liability. CX PDF is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complete X Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents accept no responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this tool - including but not limited to loss, corruption, or alteration of files, data, or content.
Security & viruses. We do not scan, validate, or guarantee the safety of any files you process through CX PDF. You are solely responsible for ensuring your files are free from viruses, malware, or malicious content.
100% browser-based. All file processing happens entirely within your browser. No files are uploaded to any server. We never see, store, or have access to your files.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g. page views, device type, country). No personal information is collected, no cookies are used for analytics, and no file data is ever transmitted.
No modification of originals. This tool does not modify your original files. It creates new output files from the content you provide. You are responsible for retaining your original files.
Performance & file limits. Processing is limited by your browser and device capabilities. Large or numerous files may cause slow performance, high memory usage, or browser crashes. Complete X accepts no liability for any such issues.
Use at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying that the output meets your requirements before relying on it. CX PDF is a tool made available for your convenience - use of it is entirely voluntary.
Prohibited use. You must not use CX PDF for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to document forgery, counterfeiting, fraud, or the creation or distribution of content that infringes the rights of others.
Third-party software. CX PDF uses open-source libraries (including pdf-lib, PDF.js, and SortableJS) which are provided under their own licences. Complete X makes no warranties regarding third-party software and accepts no liability for any issues arising from its use.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complete X Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of CX PDF or your breach of these terms.
Intellectual property. CX PDF, its design, code, branding, and assets are the property of Complete X Pty Ltd. All rights reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Complete X’s trademarks, logos, or branding.
Output limitations. PDFs produced by CX PDF are standard PDF files. You should be aware of the following limitations:
Changes to terms. Complete X reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of CX PDF after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CX PDF are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
